The most technique-intensive adult swim group in South Florida meets T / TH evenings from 6:30-7:30 PM at the Pine Island Community Center in Davie, FL.  We work on HOW you swim, not how FAR you swim.  If you're struggling with freestyle, or simply looking for refinements that will improve your performance, this is the group for you.

Membership includes monthly underwater video sessions, with clips emailed to each member.  You'll also receive email reviews of each practice session to help you remember the key points covered in the workouts.  Members may also participate for free in our open water swims on Hollywood Beach.

Learn to swim in open water with speed and skill at our Open Water Swims.  These 90 minute practices include a measured 400 meter course with buoys for navigation.  We'll practice navigating/sight skills, race tempo exercises, entry/exit strategies and much more.

Hollywood Beach:  Meet at the band shell at the end of Johnson Street on Hollywood Beach.  South Beach: Meet at the lifeguard stand at 10th & Ocean on South Beach. Look for the orange buoys at both venues.

 First-timers will receive a silicone swim cap.  All swimmers are urged to bring a Finis Tempo Trainer, available online here or for purchase from Gary on practice days.
